It was produced by the Aladdin Industries Inc. out of Nashville, TN for Muppets, Inc. and Children's Television Workshop in 1979. This lunchbox does not include a vacuum flask (aka Thermos). The lunchbox is in good condition for its age with signs of use and wear including some paint loss,
