It is cut in the shape of a square with beveled corners. A brass hinge connects a circular glass lid. The inkwell is in good condition with patina on the brass of the rim, a small chip on the front edge, and other minor signs of use and wear. Dimensions: 1. 75" L x 1. 75" W x 3" H
