The organic family estate is localed in the Sevre et Maine appellation, in the heart of the wine producing region of Nantes. The grapes are fermented in concrete tanks and aged on their lees for 10 months. This is a Muscadet with a bit more body than many, but still with Muscadet's tell tale chalky, crisp edge.
