Some fruitier tones of black cherries and maple syrup emerged over time. With water came tobacco, cough mixtures, old school medicines and butterscotch sweeties. The palate showed a wonderfully rich and dry profile of soot, waxes, toasted wood spices and dried herbs such as rosemary and lemon
