Not heavy but with the faux fur lining and quilting it adds just enough warmth and thickness to wear over a wool cable knit jumper on a not so cold day or under a looser Winter coat for those extra chilly months. It is oversized on me but depending on how you are styling this it could be a fairly open size if you like that style. In overall excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Sturdy good quality
