The artist hand cuts the intricate copper backings for this lightweight earring, then fires glass powder on each piece to achieve the desired soft speckled colouring. The earring parts have been hammered to a slight cove form, with a dark, oxidized copper back. The top portion is secured with a sterling silver stud
