It appears that the label was started in 1970 although the dress has the look of a 1960s dress - I would assume that this dates to 1970-1971

Shoulders:  18” across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam

The RN number dates the importer’s registration to about 1962 and I think that the scarf also dates to about then - you can see the Orlando Air Force Base

This tie is difficult to date precisely, but I would think 1930s due to the unlined ends, the fabric, width and the pattern. The tie features an unusual pattern a hunter amongst deer rendered in a somewhat art deco style. The design is in a pale blue against a darker blue that is woven with raised checks that form squares.
