Generally if I am running four cheat in targets I want one that is purely for ending the game and the rest I want to buy me time, gain me value, solve problems, and/or beat specific archetypes
A planeswalker can only be a commander if it specifically states on the bottom of the card, this card can be your commander. If it doesnt have that line of text, and is not a flipwalker that transforms from a creature into a planeswalker, forget it

You could summon some Squirrels, recur a card, dish out some damage, or get two more rolls
