This made green virtually unplayable in straight Tempest draft, and marginal by the time Exodus (and hence losing two packs of Tempest ) came around

Its a decently powerful card that can wipe out a bunch of weak creatures at once and grows stronger whenever an enemy creature dies, though it doesnt exactly make for a top-tier commander

Add to that the option to divert damage taken back at any target (including players), and She-Hulk could be a nice way to mutually assure destruction in the late game, pushing rivals to attack each other

Thats enough to kill the vast majority of things in MTG, but its just a shame it costs so much mana

Beast - Forbidding Recluse has an ability called "You're Not Welcome Here" which allows the player to deal 1 damage to a chosen character when they play this card
