A good playline would be to play Vault Door on four after you've built your board with some characters, followed by either location plus Voyage on turn five to move your character over to it
Bloomburrow is not a particularly strong constructed set and none of the mechanics offer a particularly good reason to maxamize them, so the set is left relying on stand alone cards
It was balanced for Standard and Draft where it was always a good but clearly not broken mechanic
