So with exile target permanent, and then return it to the battlefield under your control being so lengthy, why hasnt it been replaced with flicker or blink as an official keyword
For this ranking, I mainly focus on cards that have flashback themselves, and leave out most cards like Snapcaster Mage that give this static ability to instants and sorceries in your graveyard
