Even with a Demonic Tutor effect like this, Mono-Blue Storm will produce games where the opponent watches helplessly as cards are drawn with Paradoxical Outcome, cards are played again, Minds Desire storm copies are resolving, and the excruciatingly long win eventually comes to its conclusion
