Players have seen all of the cards at least once before in other sets, though many previously only had one print, commanding quite the price on the open market
Second City Second City is neat land to play in decks that want to cast two spells a turn, AKA the flurry deck
This isn't the first card to grant Evasive to others from this set, and it's not quite as powerful as Peter Pan & Tinker Bell, but if you like playing around with location cards and their tactics, this card brings a ton of value to the table
Card not found, on the other hand, was a stable in some of the most powerful decks of the time in Standard, meaning that it was miserable enough to be banned a year after its initial printing, which isnt even that notable, because there were so many bans around this time, because WotC had completely lost their grasp on Standard, which we are still feeling today
As such, its usability in constructed formats isnt clear
