Reach Whenever The Dawning Archaic attacks, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard without paying its mana cost
For better or worse, Partner is a part of the format now, and barring a Companion-esque power-level errata coming sometime in the future (extremely unlikely, given that Partner has no real effect on Constructed formats, which is what drove the Companion errata), it will remain difficult to balance and a point of contention
The ceiling is not quite as for Arc Trail high but is none the less surprisingly close and more importantly it is much much easier and more common to reach or get near that ceiling and early in the game too
If it is a plant for the next block and that block has a lot of artifacts, then this card will be a junk rare out of the gate and a really powerful rare once those artifacts come out
When the card came out, everyone asked me if I'd designed it, and I said yes, but no one seemed to listen when I explained all the above, so people just mocked me on social media (I'm used to it, but still)
